So I recently traded my BBC8300 in for a 8310,
but everytime I try to restore the settings/information from my 8300 to the 8310, it comes up with a message saying it cannot transfer anything and that there is a content store error. Eventually saying that the 8310 has no more memory.
How can it be solved? Just buy more memory? Any way to do that without having to buy a card? the backup from the 8300 is 14.2mb.
Sorry, if this has been asked before... I just really need some help.

When you do the back up an restore, click on advanced . Should be the third button down in the dialog and say "Perform a selective backup..." Then click on File and open the backed up file you have from your 8300. Next select everything except for content store (in the window on the right side) and press the arrow to transfer it to your phone (the left side window).

haha. ok. i think it is just the music/ringtones/pictures/videos.
but i'm not sure.

Gotta be more than that in there then. I only have 500kb of pics and ringtones on my phone, but the content store is over 2mb.
