    I installed Dexrex on one of the phones on my Sprint account and when I log in, I get the message saying the account is currently undergoing a security audit and to complete the audit, I need to write to [email protected].

    I've done that, received a case number, then received no further information. It's been over 3 weeks and I've had no access to my messages. Nor has anyone contacted me to ask me for more information or to tell me how long it will take.

    Anyone else had this issue? Just how long will it take to get this cleared up? I'd like to have access now. Isn't that kinda the point?
