I searched but could not find an answer. When I am invited to a meeting from someone at work, the participants are identifed "last name, first" in Outlook, but "first name last name" on my device. When I sync via the DM (usb cable) the DM wants to change the values of the participants on every sync first making it "last name, first" and then "first name last name" at the next sync.
I believe that the device is the problem because the names in the appointment in outlook are always "last name, first name". I have outlook and the device set to identify contacts as "last name, first name" so I am confused.
