Hi there, i have a couple of handsets a customer has got from a friend. i need to be able to connect them to his BES but it has been done in the past. the profile seems to still be on.
How do i do a total reset? i have wiped the handset and i have also typed the password in wrong and its wiped it. however the profile for BES still seems to be there.
The one thing wiping a Blackberry doesn't always remove is the IT policy. You will have to manually remove it. Follow this link and take a look at the process
