Is there a way you can set the times when your phone will check for new e-mails? Or is there a way to manually set it up that it only checks for new mail when you tell it to? I hate leaving my phone on at work because I'm downloading messages into Outlook while at my desk then they go to the phone too and I have to delete them in two places. I was hoping to just set-up my phone to only check for messages when I tell it to. Is this even possible? Of course the wonderful "set-up" book is so helpful.......

Welcome to CB.

To the best of my knowledge, push email is setup to automatically receive your messages. I do not think you can setup a send/receive schedule as you can with Outlook.

Jenay is correct, but you can reconcile email throughout the day and this should resolve your issue.
