This is my first time posting and I felt that I had to add to the error message on my Blackberry 8830 connected to a usb that said that the USB charging current is insufficient.

A simple driver update by downloading off the Blackberry site resolved the issue instantly. No need to get the Desktop Manager...self extracting driver worked fine.

This is my second visit to this site and both times my issues were resolved...sure beats calling my provider...thanks for the support!

P.S. There is only one driver package to download...but serveral language options that only affect the prompts upon installation...I know that because I selected the top one which was...ITA...Italian...Si...Itanliano!

Select the language by the extension...ITA is Italian...etc...
