Hey guys, new to the forum, thanks in advance for your help.
I bought my phone brand new from Sprint and out of the box when I plugged it in to my new BB wall charger that came with the device; the charging icon came on, then went away. Sometimes if I move the cord around inside the port, it will have the same reaction; sometimes it stays on for a while but eventually goes away and does not charge. When I plug it into a car charger, it reacts the same way. USB it charges properly every time but I can�t always plug it into my computer to charge. I have seen numerous posts about charging issues but most reflect problems with USB charging.. not the provider supplied BB wall charger. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
