I have an 8320 for T-Mobile. When i hit alt+shft+H I get the "Help Me!" menu come up. Towards the bottom it reads "File Free": 8985556 Bytes.
Can I change this to Read Mb or not? Or do I just not have enough free space in order for the system to "move the decimal point for me"?

No you can't. The display is hard coded to display that way.

As to your memory, 8.9mb is dangerously close to where you are
going to have problems such as losing call logs, text messages,
emails, etc. You might want to go through the memory
optimization guide in my sig.
