    I plug in the USB cable and get nothing. I open the desktop manager and dont see any options for uploading pictures. I click on "my computer" and it recognizes a "removable disk" but when I click on it I am asked to please insert a disk into drive E.

    Any thoughts or suggestions?

    When I download the Desktop Manager, I got an error saying my computer doesn't run Isscript. So the download doesn't complete. How can I get the Desktop Manager installed?
