So i've been trying to upgrade my sprint 8330 os to 4.3.203 and i delete the vendor.xml, don't have curve plugged in when downloading os upgrade, nor when running software, then when opening DM (v 4.5) it doesn't even recognize my phone on DM. My computer shows the BB but DM doesn't. I'm running vista, and when opening new os update i "run as admin" so anyone know wtf is going on here?

I suspect you are experiencing a problem with your USB drivers.

Windows Vista uses the native BlackBerry drivers, but the setup is controlled by BlackBerry Desktop Manager.

Use Windows control panel / programs / uninstall. Select Desktop Manager and use the repair option, that should correct the problem
