    I've read through these threads, and my problem is I have ACT 2007, and a new BB 8310 curve. Using CompanionLink (Build 3021), got the calender patch, and I get all my contacts (1,530), and my notes, and that works great, but no calender events, no appts., no ToDos.

    Can anyone shed any light on this problem?

    Unfortunately this is a known issue with the 8310 BlackBerry devices. What we have been able to figure out is that the calendar database isn�t created properly from the factory. We have found that in almost all cases where this is the issue, the fix for it has been to perform a full factory reset. After that the calendar database is created properly and we are then able to sync to it.

    Tiffany, last Friday, the 11th, I did speak with a gentleman in your office, by the name of Nathan, and he walked me through the setup again, and he was able to get the synchronization to work. So, kudos to Nathan, and check with him as to the procedure he employed. Thanks for your response.
