I have been syncing my BB curve using Pocketmac sync (I am a Mac user). It had been working fine for 7 months, but recently stopped working. Every time I try and sync, I get an error message that says the program encountered an unexpected error and has shut down. Nothing syncs to my Entourage. I contacted PocketMac customer support and so far they have not been able to help. They told me to delete some files, but it didn't work. I have also tried reinstalling the program.

Has anyone had a similar problem and solved it? Also, does anyone know of other ways to back up information on blackberries that DOES NOT involve a computer (i.e., an external device or service)
