So I don't have a problem sending or receiving pictures but when it comes to videos, its a different story. Whenever I try to send on it tells me its an unsupported format...but when I change the video format or format my media card, it still says an unsupported format??? What am I doing wrong and or what do I need to fix? Someone please help...it would be greatly appreciated

First, make sure you can play the video on your BB. (When I used BB to record video if the screen froze for a second, the media play show 'unsupported format'. I heard that the problem is related with OS). If the video has no problem to play, then is the sending issue. Did you send it by MMS or email? These tools limit the video file size. There is an free app called youcast. It allows you to send file without losing video quality. Check it out at m.youcast.net/blackberry.html (use your bb browser to download/install)
