I can't seem to send ringtones to other phones using MMS. I keep getting a message "File contains unsupported content" or "File exceeds maximum limit". I've checked the file sizes and file names...ok. Is it possible I need to change a setting?
What am I doing wrong?

I've been sending them by BBM...seems to work that way

What size are the files? There is a size limit.
Perhaps your carrier blocks certain content?

Won't let me send 14.7 kb. The phones I am trying to send to are not BB's. I talked to the carrier unfortunately very few of the their BB tech support actually know much about BB. Though it's been a while since I've sent ringtones the fact is I used to be able to using the same phone and now I can't. I'm at a loss. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
