well my wife called earlier and said that her 8330 was frozen and had an error code that said something to this effect....DSS MA: invalid: stat 5; 7. something like that.
I had her pull the battery but it came back on with that error message. She can make calls still. She said her messages were and she is having problems sending and receiving them. She says they dissapear. I sent her a few blackberry messages and it show them as being deliverd but not received.
I just had her take out the micro sd card and she said it works now. Could there be a problem with the mem card? i just bought it 3 weeks ago.
Yeh she could have had a bad card... she may need to reformatt the card.. plug intothe PC, drag the media files to the desktop, then Options, Media Card, menu key, format Card.. replace the card, drag a few files over and test it out, see if she gets the error again.
