More info please! Has it ever worked? Do you have a data plan? When did it stop working? Did you check the picture size? Can you still access the internet?
Neither does Telus, that drives me nuts. One day providers will get mms working on their data network.. I hope.. That or everyone will have upgraded to smart phones and it won't be necessary, whichever comes first I guess.

Sprint disabled MMS because of 'security reasons' I just got off the phone with them because I was looking for the same answer which is why I stumbled across your post. Even though you can't do MMS the traditional way there is still a way to do it.
wow, I wasn't expecting any post that fast. I asked multiple Sprint techs about what issues. I got nothing from them. I'll def check out the 811 site. thanks mrhappy. =)
I too have spent many hours on the phone with Alltel's tech support, for the last 7 months,,, until I just gave up and started looking for my own solution,
Yeah, I spent about 3 hours on the phone being passed from tech support to tech support without learning anything new except for it's disabled because of security. They couldn't tell me more than that and most the techs I talked to I had to explain what MMS and SMTP was. Even in the 'Blackberry Specialist' department. One of the Sprint managers are going to send me a list of email servers that is updated they keep on file when I get it I'll post it here. It's still going to be the [email protected]ntion though. But it's better than nothing.

When I first wanted to get my plan I wanted Cingular. but that angers me beyond the MMS filter simply because if I would have done what I wanted I could send pictures.
Open Note:
If any one has MSN mine is [email protected] =) Feel free to add and we'll conspire a hotfix for it.
I like 811 but you aren't always at a computer when you want to send an image. It's just nice to be able to send em at the spur of the moment. But I can receive MMS on my phone, just can't send. You can't even receive it?
"I do not have any more information as to why this was limited than any of the other representatives you have spoken with, but I do know that weare planning to release Picture Mail updates for our Windows Mobile 6 and Blackberry devices later this year, and future devices will be preloaded with Picture Mail. Thank you again for contacting Sprint. We appreciate your business."
Email I received from a rep at Sprint. Hope this makes yall happy too. =D
eh, yeah. I have a hard enough time getting them to do small things. But thankfully I could receive them. =D That really sucks you couldn't even get them..
