I can receive and reply just fine, but I can't send emails from my BB email accounts. I can use the gmail app and it works, I just can't send from my message list anymore or by clicking my email icons. This started midway through the day yesterday, I'm not aware of changing any settings.. Help! Thanks in advance -

Log in to your BIS page from a computer.
https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=vzw&locale=en

Click on Help.
Click "Send Service Books"

If you don't know your BIS user name and password, call Customer Service and they can reset those for you.
