I have the curve. I can't scroll down. I can go up and side ways but not down more than 1 or 2 lines. HELP

Try a battery pull

If that doesnt work, you may have dust or whatnot in the trackball area..

If THAT doesnt work, the lil pad thing under the trackball may be faulty

It sounds as if something is stuck in the trackball mechanism, not allowing the downward scroll. Checkout the thread on how to clean the trackball - tons of info on there (or you could order a new one from cnn.cn if you find that you aren't comfortable doing that.) Good luck!!

When that happens to me I put it in stand-by and push the trackball in and roll it that direction, usually cures it.

Hold it upside down and blow on the ball while rolling the ball.
