    Hello, i had a 8100 and recently switched to 8310 but on my new 8310 i cannot retrieve a attachment i hit retrive attachment but it just stays like that and nothing happens.

    any help

    Is the attachment in unknown format to your BB? I had the same situation with you before when I received an email with "unknown format"
