Default Can't Restore Address Book from BlackBerry Desktop Manager

I am trying to restore my Address Book to my device. However, when I go to the "Advanced Options" under "Backup and Restore" everything is available to put back on to my blackberry EXCEPT "Address Book - All". It's grayed out. I am not on the Blackberry Enterprise Server, so I don't even have the option to turn off wireless synchronization. How can I restore my Address Book?

I think you have to close desktop manager and go into the folder that contains app.loader. From there you shoud be able to restore your address book. If I am wrong, my apologies. Its been a long time since I tried to restore something that was greyed out.

I'm having this problem too. It restored everything, but the address book.
