Did you get any error messages?

    You can also try:

    Open Backup/Restore, click on Advanced.
On the left side of the window, click on File. Navigate to your backup file and click Open. The left side pane should populate with databases that can be restored to your BB. Click on Address Book and click on the button in the middle of the two panes with >> on it. Your Address Book should be transferred.

Yes, I would definitely recommend upgrading to 4.5. Much better browser, and video camera.

You can get your new OS and instructions here...http://forums.crackberry.com/f52/new...-124-a-137573/

    And more instructions...http://forums.crackberry.com/f3/prop...ocedure-53359/

If you have any problems post back and someone will help you

If you're running DM v4.7 you should remove it from your PC and download/install 4.5 or 4.6.

4.7 and the Curve don't always get along so well

What kind of files are you loading to your BB with DM? If they are .jad files, they are OTA files. The files for themes loaded with DM are .cod/.alx files.

Try a battery pull, or a QuickPull reset if you have QP installed. If that doesn't work, it usually means that the theme isn't compatible with either your device or your OS version.

Go to Options/Advanced Options/Host Routing Table press menu and select Register Now.

And resend your service books: http://forums.crackberry.com/f3/serv...ks-how-115031/
