I had just signed into it to check out changing my s ig.

I took it into sprint to have them do the update. They backed everything up even 3rd party apps !! And now I have this one tiny problem.

I can't log in and if I try to create a new one it says one already exists for this pin!!!!!!!!

Are you absolutly sure you are typing the right password?

Have you tried to do any sort of password recovery? Just to be sure they didn't change it on you.

I'm having a few issues with the new update myself. Almost starting to wish I had stayed with 4.3.

Try calling sprint customer support and have them reset your login info.

well, i finally had access to a computer. It's letting me log in from a pc but not from my phone.. not the phones native browser OR opera mini.

bummer.

at least I know that my info hasn't been jacked with.
hopefully just a gliche that will be worked out.
