When I make or receive a call I can not hear them but they can hear me. I did pull the battery and it fixed it for now. I was wondering what causes this and if there is something out there that will fix this problem for good or should I just try to get it warrantied out.
My wife and I have had the 8330 for about a month now. My phone has this issue about once a week. She just had this for the first time tonight.
If there are so many oout there with the problem do I just keep exchanging the phone for a new one until it doesnt happen anymore or will the OS update fix it?
Also, I have the insurance and I know that they will drop your insurance if you have too many claims. Will this exchange count as a claim or will Verizon just straight swap for free?
exchanged mine after a month of useage - they overnighted me the new one so now I have two! sweeet! my original had a couple of scratches on the battery door and i was pumped when the new one arrived with a replacement rear as well.
I've had it happen twice, and boh times were after I opened a mms with sound, then i learned thru trial and error, if it does it just push your voice dial button, let it ask for a prompt, then hang up. then when you make a call, you can hear again.
