can't find my blackberry 8310 menu

i went to delete a folder and after that i can't find my blackberry menu again.can anyone help me.

the bb menu is the button beside the trackball

hit it twice and goto Show All

i went to delete a folder and i can't find the menu. when i click the menu bottom nothing comes. i can only access my call list. can someone help me now?
