Can't filter e-mail on Curve 8300

I've only had my curve for a couple of weeks, and I love being able to get my work and personal e-mails on my device...however, there are a couple of e-mail addresses that I would like to filter from coming to my curve...even though I would like to receive them elsewhere. I read the instructions on how to set up a filter based on a contact, but when I press the menu key, the option "filter e-mail address" does not appear.

I have Alltel service....I don't know if that matters or not. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

You can go to ur carriers BIS site and add a filter from your computer. Alltel BIS
