I have the Sprint Curve. When I was using the Pearl, one day I just saw the delete button literally disappear when looking at the menu. It never came back. I have the Curve now and can only delete "pictures" when the device is connected to the computer, however videos delete fine from the card. Go figure? I have not encountered media not saving to the designated place.
