Unhappy can't connect with my curve

my curve was on verizon then i switched to a prepay company that uses verizon as thier service provider. now i can't connect to internet, also i am running boost mobiles 5.0 os. someone please help

Does your "prepay company" include BLACKBERRY Data on your Service Plan?

Most likely they don't and you thus don't have the required Service Books and are not going to be able to "connect to internet".

Your running Boost Mobiles 5.0 os. So is the prepay company boost mobile?
A little bit more info is needed please.

The OP said that they were on a prepay that uses Verizon's network. Boost uses Sprint's network.

If data is available on your prepay plan, and you want to use the native BB browser, you will have to load modified service books like Anworm's.

You know that, I know that but not everybody knows Boost runs off Sprints backbone. Thats why I have to ask. With out them clearly telling us how am i supposed to know..
