When I try to setup my 8300 to synchronize in Outlook 2003 is get a message that states "The file or database name associated with Microsoft Outlook is missing, invalid, or points to a file of zero length. Use the browse button to locate the file or database you wish to use with this application."
When I hit the browse button, nothing happens. Can someone please advise how I can fix this problem. DM software is 4.2.2.1.4.. Phone software is 4.2.2.166
