Today i needed to find an email which is received last year, but i could not find it, using my BB 8320. So i searched for emails 6 month older, same could not find message, finally figured its not searching emails older than 1 month.
Is this how it should be or, my BB is having problems in syncing with my Outlook.
Go to Messages > BB key > Options > General Options. Under the Actions menu, scroll to the bottom. There's an item there that says Keep Messages: and you can choose a few items. Is this set to 'forever'? If not, your BB is deleting them after a month.
I would suggest saving the important ones, and letting your phone keep deleting unimportant ones.
