Also out of curiousity, what version of the BB O/4 is she running? You might want to try using 4.5.0.97 as this O/S is the most stable for the sprint branded blackberries. It has more RAM freed up and has the least memory leaks. At least in my testing experience.
I don't know off hand what version, I'd have to look, but I just upgraded to the 4.5 with Verizon, and I asked the manager when we were in the store Tuesday about a possible upgrade and he said Sprint pulled back the 4.5 upgrade for Sprint and he didn't know when they would re-release it??? So....who knows!!
