    Is is possible to delete a portion of an email and save the rest? Also, is there a way to save favorites?

    Bookmarks... that's about it.

    There is no real way to save part of the message only... You can copy and paste that part of it you want... or you can forward the message and when forwarding, delete what you don't want.
