I was wondering if anyone has there curve 8330 set up to change the time depending on what time zone they are in. I messed with it a little, and it looks like in the time settings it knows what time it is, but does not display it on the main screen.

No can do. One of the drawbacks or oversights on RIMs part. The device will not change time zones on its own - you have to do it manually.
