    Yes, it is like dial-up, but that's better than nothing, and it is free.

    Doesn't work well for watching anything with heavy graphics.

    Speaking of, since I upgraded to 4.5 the tethering has not been working too well. Anyone else having problems? I initially connect but then it get unresponsive no matter how may reboots.
