I don't think 5.0 has been released for the 8330 yet. The latest OS shown in the 8330 forum is 4.5.0.175. When it is released, you will be able to install it.

There is no official version for 5.0 yet. Right now there is only a beta version of it. Here is the link to it.

make sure you have the 8330 not the 8330m. verizon users cannot use bb maps on this version but their nav works. Use the instructions and link to download in my sig.
