I have only synched with my home pc for my blackberry, but I have allot of contacts on my work pc that I would like to add as well. I think there are some that don't match up completly from home to work. Can I sync with the work pc and not erase my current contacts and appointments.

Yes, you can. Just make sure you have a two-way sync set up, and you will simply make all information on each PC the same as what's on the device.

will it creat duplicats if I have some that are on both pc's?

You will be prompted during the sync on duplicate entries. You will have the option of creating a new duplicate contact, or to add the information to the existing one.
