This may sound odd but I'd like to delete my browser all together but I have to ask what will this affect other than internet connectivity?

Please do not suggest that I "hide" the icon... that is not a solution...

Hi Chipuc, I understand that you don't want to "hide" the icon. If you take a look at this thread http://forums.crackberry.com/f61/dis...-browser-7570/, there are several suggestions on how to do what you're asking. I don't know that they work (because I don't want to try it) :-) but take a look at the thread and see if it does what you want to do. BTW, welcome to CB. I hope this helps. (Don't misrepresent the title - I saw several comments telling how to delete it - not just disable it)
