Hello all... My co-worker has a 8310 and her camera won't open. It says "application failed to open" if you guys could pm or try to help me out with this and I'll try to fix it for her...

Battery pull... Hard reset... We even took out the mem card and tried it like that with no avail

hmm... whats the memory?

go to options, status, and get the free file number, I was told my 8310 should be just below 7MB or higher

Her mem is well over 10 megs... Damn everything I thought it could be is not... I'm begining to think her cam is done for
