Hello, this is my first post at CrackBerry, I've downloaded apps from this site in the past but decided I would turn to you guys for an answer to my problem.
When I snap a photo with my camera, the result just ends up a white screen, in the position where it should show the picture I took. When I go to the picture, it will not open or show in the thumbnail a picture. It says something about the wrong format.
When I take a video, it works fine.
Only thing I can think to do is reset my phone, which I would like for that to be a last resort.
that happens to me before, but it went away try closing the camera and then opening it again that worked also it would freeze my phone so i had to restart it but if that doesnt work i would call or take it into a store when it has that problem so they can see what you mean
