Default Camera problem...

When I try to use the camera, it looks like a thermal imager, except green... really hard to explain lol. I looked it up, and most people were able to fix it by pushing on the actual camera and cleaning out the lens... It didn't work for me. What should I do? I'm debating just buying a whole new phone.

Thanks

1. Any water damage done to the device?
2. have you changed a setting for the photo your taking?
3. Have you taken it to AT&T and have a tech look at it?
4. Is the main display color okay?

1. Nope. No damage to the device whatsoever.
2. Nope, everything is the same as it was.
3. I didn't receive it with a plan, I bought it unlocked and stuck my SIM card in.
4. Yes

Err so it's unlocked? If it's branded to at&t, you can try and have them take a look at it. Maybe send ya a refurb.

I've had the same thing happen. Problem physically with the camera. Replacement of the phone is the fix. Fortunately, mine was still under warranty when this happened.

Now within the next day or two my warranty replacement to fix the audio plug should be in. Even with these replacements, I love my Curve.

Mike
