    Hello

    When I go to take a picture I can't zoom to the 3x or 5x mode. The roller ball works fine in every other mode. Anybody have any idea what's going on? Thanks

    I had that happen once upon a time. Battery pull worked for me.

    You won't lose your information with a battery pull. A battery pull just resets your BB similar to a restart of a computer.
