I have a new Sprint 8330m and all was well at first, but now at least 50% of my incoming calls are not ringing. Callers say it goes straight to voicemail, but I don't get a ring or see a missed call on my call log. I've been on the phone with Sprint about this several times and each time they think the problem is fixed but it keeps coming back. Does anyone have an idea about this issue?
I have 2 days left in the first 30-day period during which I can return the phone. If I can't get my voice calls, all the other features are worthless.
I'm in an area where I always had good service with my previous Samsung M300 phone. Also, I don't have any problems calling out, or sending or receiving data.
