When I am on a call and another incoming call comes in, I have no option to answer the secondary incoming call and drop the current one. When I hit the menu button, my only two options are: "Ignore" or "Answer Hold-Current."

I am looking for the option to "Answer Drop-Current" but it's nowhere to be found.

Can anyone help?

I have a blackberry 8330 curve.

as soon as you finish the call that you are on, end the call. it will start to ring immediately with the next call that is coming in.
