Can someone tell me how to access this? I've had my phone almost 1 year. Suddenly when I get a call while being on my phone and i click answer.....i can't click back, and I use to to could. I don't understand. I know my phone has call waiting.
I recommend reading the manual. To switch between calls, you press the flash button on the calling menu, if you hang up on one of the callers, the other one will automatically call back.
