Hi, I have a Verizon 8330. I was wondering if anyone knows of an app that can set a maximum decibel level for calls. Sometimes when I'm calling someone, I'll hear something really loud on their end that will be really harsh and piercing in my ear. Please let me know if there's an app you know of to fix this or even if it's possible to write one. I'm not familiar with the API, so I don't know if you have access to call volume. Thanks for your help!

I'm still a bit new to it but I had the same problem and just turned down the call volume a little bit with the volume buttons on the side. Worked well for me, hope that helps ya!

yeah just lower the earpiece volume by using the buttons on the side of the phone.

I haven't heard of an app for doing what you're looking for.
