I have had my 8320 for about two months now and have enjoyed it most of the time. The past week I have had problems when recieving calls. When I answer I either cannot hear the person on the other end or hear myself through the speaker. I am through Corr Wireless and on their nationwide network using a T mobile tower in Auburn. I am thinking this is more of a network problem than a phone. Anyone know what is going on. Also, I have done battery pulls and all the usuals. Thanks in advance

do you have your old phone to activate again and see if you get a decent call?

If the call connects and you have a decent signal I would think its hardware.
