OK so forgive me on this but what is the better calendar to use with Blackberry 8330 - Gmail calendar or hotmail?

I want to be able to input something on my computer and have it show up on my phone and vice-versa.

If you are using BIS, then google's calendar will easily two-way sync. I'm not sure about hotmail.
