When I try to get on the net with my berry I get a message that tells me that my devise does not currently have any browser configuration service book entries. What in the world does that mean? I am with Verizon. Can anyone school me on this situation?
You need to re-send your service books. Go into your e-mail set up icon and log into the Verizon site. There will be an option to re-send service books. It takes a few seconds to get the confirmation e-mail. After that you should be good to go.
This happens once in a while, but it is easy to fix. Happy surfing!
Known issue at this time. I would call VZW tech support and have them resend the serivce books. This will resolve your issue and get your browser working.
