    Anyone having issues with accessing the internet with AT&T this weekend? I have done a battery pull, sat on the phone with tech. support for 2 hours and even went as far as wiping the device and reloading OS 4.2! Still unable to access the net........ HELP!

    Is your email working? After the wipe did the tech resend your service books?

    Then your data is working - this appears to be a browser issue. Are you using the stock browser or opera? Also make sure that you Java enable in the browser options, this would have reset in the wipe

    Something got jacked with the browser install I bet. Sorry at this point I have no more ideas. Might wait for another person and another set of eyes. Sorry

    No worries.

    I'll be in the AT&T store in about a half hour. Time for a replacement I think. Do you or anyone else know if they are required to only replace with refurbs or will they give up a new one if you make a big stink?

    How long have you had the phone? Most likely will be a refurb. most companies handle devices in this way.

    Has not been a year. I've had it replaced once already. Previous problem was with reading SIM card and data issues.

    i'm having big time browser problems also. not too long ago i wiped my device with jl_cmdr and installed the tmo 4.5.0.81. now my bb browser is stalling some sites. it fails to load completely and the hourglass spins incessantly. i end up having to soft-reset my bb. so frustrating....
