    Ok i got a 8330 Curve. I am with Telus in Canada. Ever since i bought my bb its nvr had a browser icon. Also it wont let me download alot of apps. I keep getting access denied and saying i need a browsing plan when i try to install bb app world for example. I have a 500 mb data plan so it should work. Any ideas? Thanks

    Options> Mobile Network>  (Blackberry symbol)> Start Provisioning.


    Well. I did this on sprint.
    If it still doesn't work then call Telus and ask them.

    That "provisoning" thing is for Sprint only.

    To the OP, you need to call your carrier and get them to set up the correct BLACKBERRY DATA PLAN on your account.

    It sound like they set up a generic internet data plan which won't work on a BlackBerry.
