    My browser icon has been missing for a while now. I can still access the browser by the ALT-TAB so I know the app is still there.

    Any ideas?

    Not to assume you are "stupid", but have you hidden it on accident?
    Go to your BB full menu, hit the BB button, hit show all, and if it's hidden, it will show up, but appear shadowed. Highlight it, and select unhide.

    Reregister your Host Routing Table:

    Options, Advanced Options, Host Routing Table, Menu, Register Now.

    I already checked to see if it was hidden when I first noticed it was missing a while back and it wasn't.

    Btw the host routing thing was successful but still no browser icon

    i have sprint and when I do an upgrade my phone always looses the browser icon. What I do is go to options, mobile network then hit the blackberry menu key and start provisioning. That does it for me!
